Afternoon Coffee on Humpback Rocks

OVERVIEW

Two of the things I love most in this world are mountains and coffee, so let’s combine the two this Saturday afternoon. I’ll brew up a few big jugs of cold brew so we can sip some stimulants as we gaze over the blue ridge.

Humpback rocks is the most popular hike near Charlottesville, offering an incredible 360 degree panorama of the Shenandoah Valley and the Blue Ridge mountains. Although the hike is relatively short (~40 mins to the summit), it is quite steep and can be strenuous. Dress and pack accordingly:

What to bring:
– Water
– Comfortable shoes
– athletic/comfortable clothing
– **Drinking Vessel** (if you want coffee)

BYO Cup/mug/flagon/winehorn/etc. I also won’t be bringing up cream or sugar because that would just be messy and gross to haul up a mountain.
