Hello Hello Helloooooo shredders of O-Hill!! I hope you had a fabulous winter break! With the semester starting, you know what that means – It’s time to ride. Start the semester off strong by learning how to ride a mountain bike and get a feel for the amazing and super super close O-Hill trails. We won’t have much daylight, so the trip won’t be very long (about 45 minutes in the woods).
During the ride, we will cover basic body position, braking, shifting, and everything to help you feel comfortable on the bike. The pace will be nice and slow with lots of breaks. The only prerequisite for this trip is being able to ride a bike comfortably and safely. Mtn biking can be considered dangerous and has inherent risks, so if you have any questions about it please do shoot Susannah a text at 434-664-5154 since she is an amazing mountain biker and personally knows every root, rock, and squirrel in the O-hill woods.
***this trip isn’t necessarily first come first serve, as removal from the waitlist will be based on bike size availability, however we will try our best to go in order of sign ups***
