Drivers and NP pass holders get priority off the waitlist… The club reimburses for gas +50% tip! – driver need to show up to Echols with a full tank of gas!

Hello!! This is my first trip as a trip leader, and where else would I want it to be other than old rag??? If you DONT know what old rag is like – it’s a 9.4 mile loop with a 2,582 ft elevation gain and listed as hard on alltrails. However, its a very fun hike!!

The high on Tuesday is 62 degrees which is PERFECT hiking weather but it will get cold on the mountain!! We will probably finish the hike past sundown so it will get veryyy cool. Layers!!!!!

I will also buy all 4 tickets needed for this trip ahead of time, please bring $1 to cover the cost of the day pass. Still need a NP pass holder though!!

Schedule:
10am: Leave Echols
11:15-11:30: Get to parking/start hiking
6ish: Finish hike (lots of wiggle room here, lets take our time on the mountain)
7:15-7:30: Back on grounds

To bring:
LAYERS!! Warm clothes!!
Headlamp or Flashlight – it will get dark otw down
Lots of water
Snacks
