Do you have passionate feelings about this holiday (good or bad)? Many people do. Time to channel that energy into manual labor woooohoooooo! Perhaps we can all discuss our contentious opinions while digging in some dirt. Has corporate greed and excessive consumerism gone so far that it has a vicious, nasty grip on the neck of love? Are we all just slaves to it???? Maybe love is just nice to celebrate. Or maybe it is just another Saturday. I don’t know man.

Every month, the Rivanna Trails Foundation hosts a trail maintenance work party to maintain a section of the trail. I love the Rivanna trail…you love the Rivanna Trail…so let’s help keep it in good shape for the Charlottesville community. I will also be supplying bagels. Pull up.

Here’s the plan:
– 8:25: Meet at Echols
– 8:45: Arrive at RTF tool shed and get to work!!
– 12:00: finish up and head home
– 12:15: Back at Echols

What you need:
– Water
– Good shoes for trail work and appropriate clothing for cold weather
– Work gloves if you have some, but they also supply them
– an appetite for Bodo’s 😛🥯

**Note: Drivers will be prioritized off the waitlist
