Fall is in the air, and you know what that means!! Pumpkin spice, apple pies, weather that’s less than 200 degrees, and of course, foliage so pretty it’ll knock your socks off! Now, the trees down here in the valley are nice, but you know where they’re even nicer? Where you can look at them from 1500 feet up! Feeling hype to fall into fall? If so, join us for some sweet Shenandoah views at Turk Mountain! This 5 mile hike is beginner-friendly and has amazing views of the valley.🍂🍁🌞

Schedge:
8:45am – Meet up at Echols Dorm with water, mask, snack, shoes (see below)
9:30am – Arrive at Turk Mountain trailhead and begin hiking
10:15am – Reach summit and enjoy the viewssss😎
10:45am – Begin descent
11:30am – Arrive back at parking lot and head home
12:15pm – Home again, home again, jiggetty jig!
What to bring:
– Water (think: 1L water bottle)
– Comfortable shoes (think: tennis shoes, hiking boots, Chacos)
– Mask for the car
– Snack if you wish (think: granola bar)
***Shenandoah passholders will receive priority! But drivers will not, since we already have a car***
