OVERVIEW

Come fly 2000 ft above the flatlands of Virginia with Steve Wendt – one of the best hang gliding instructors in the US. The cost of $135 includes a 15 minute tandem flight to 2000 ft. The cost may also come down a bit.

Like any other outdoor sport, hang gliding is at the mercy of the weather. Too much wind, and we won’t be able to go, so it would be best if we could keep the date flexible. I also can’t guarantee that everyone interested in a tandem flight will get to go, although it is likely that everyone will. It may happen that two people go, and then the wind picks up and kills the rest of the day. The only fair way to do this is to give priority to those that sign up first. If someone doesn’t get to fly, I will give them top priority on the next trip. Obviously, if you don’t fly, you don’t pay.
