Service Trip: Lambeth Creek Cleanup

OVERVIEW

Hey Outdoors Club-
Were you inspired today (it’s Earth day, remember) to do some environmental service work? This Friday the 24th from 4 to 6 pm there is a crew going out to clean up the stream that runs in front of Carrs Hill field and Lambeth field apartments.

Note: the cleanup is being organized by another organization, not by Outdoors Club. We are just going to provide some manpower to help them out and clean up the creek. If you think you’d be interested, join the adventure and sign up at this link here!

Please wear close toe shoes, bring some water, gloves if you want them, and meet by the little “wooden” bridge across the stream at the Lambeth parking lot at 4. You can get here by just walking up Emmet street, or by taking the northline bus to the Lambeth stop. Hope to see you there!
