Sunday Funday Cave Exploration

OVERVIEW

I can’t seem to get enough of getting muddy as hell inside of our beautiful Mother Earth, so this Sunday, I’ll be going to Paxton’s Cave with a right ole group of bandits. We’ll leave at 10am (you’re welcome) and be back around dark at the latest.

If you’ve ever wanted to explore the crust of the Earth, get dirtier than you’ve ever been, or prove to yourself that you actually are claustrophobic, then this is the right trip for you. You should be comfortable with moderate rock scrambles, crawling on your knees or your stomach, and getting absolutely filthy.

PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN WAITLISTED ON CAVING TRIPS WILL HAVE SOME PRIORITY

YOU SHOULD WEAR:
Not cotton
Synthetic layers (athletic clothing)
Sturdy shoes/boots (waterproof if possible — might be wading through water anyway though)

BRING:
water
a change of clothes for after we exit!!
headlamp if you have one!
