Beginner and Advanced Beginner Mountain Biking at Walnut Creek

OVERVIEW

The weather is just too nice to not be biking. If that still holds true until Saturday, I propose that we head out at noon to Walnut Creek. We’ll start out with beginner trails and see what everyone is up for, we won’t do anything that anyone doens’t feel comfortable with. No experience is necessary, just a desire to learn. I do need a driver, so if one does not join then we can’t go. If it rains heavily on friday or on saturday then I’ll be forced to cancel the trip so that we don’t tear up the trails.

The club has five front suspension bikes ranging from small to large and helmets. Everyone should bring water, snacks, a light jacket (in case it starts to rain), a change of socks (in case we come across a stream crossing), and a couple bucks for gas money for the driver. I will have tools, spare tubes, and a pump.
