OVERVIEW

Calling all CREEKATHONERS!!! (NOTE: YOU MUST BE SIGNED UP FOR CREEKATHON TO GO ON THIS TRIP)

Can anyone think of a better way to spend a day outside then throwing a small plastic disc into the woods? I surely cannot! So join me and do some disc golfing at creekathon!

Walnut creek has a really nice disc golf course that goes around the park, over some water features, and is generally pleasant. I estimate it’ll take ~3 hours to do 18 holes, but people can do less based on how they feel. Also PSA I am not good at disc golfing and do not expect anyone to have skills either, it’s more just about being outsiiiide!

the plan:
-11:00 am get to creekathon
-12:00 head out and do some discing
– 3:00 get back to camp, hang out maybe paddle around
– get a ride home

what you need:
– water
– hiking / outdoor shoes
– discs (I will be bringing many but feel free to bring your own if you have them)
