Have you, like me, have been stuck in Aldy atrophying?
Do you want to get outside and see the light again?
Are you of questionable fitness level? THAT’S A-OK
We’ll be driving over to the Monticello trails at 12, running/hiking around, getting back to Cville around 2:15. We’ll split up by pace and fitness level once we get to the trails. The trails themselves will not be extremely difficult (some hills). There are tons of trails to chose from (see link below), so mileage will be your own decision based on pace. I will not make you run intervals or hill repeats, just a chill run to remind ourselves we have legs and lungs.
