Echols Dorm: Brick Wall By Side Door
Ridgeside B&B
Fellow outdoorspeople,
Josh McVeigh, an active community member in the ODC, owns a dope bed and breakfast 30 minutes away from Charlottesville. The location is beautiful, there are cows, it’s got a sick climbing barn in the backyard, but most importantly, there’s a forest on the property with mountain bike trails that are waiting to be finished. With all the rain, the dirt is basically begging to be molded into whatever our shreddy hearts desire.
Being a necessary part of our quest to reach shredlightenment, Garrett “chieftain of the soulplane” Tanner and I will be busy out there tomorrow morning building trail and riding what we build – join us and earn favor with the shred lords. You’ll get to learn a ton, build some gnarly features, and get some good exercise.
THE PLAN:
– Leave from Echols at 8am
– Arrive at 8:30
– Get to work
– Leave at around 11am
– Be back by noon
What to bring:
– Water
– Snacks
– Boots
– 6.9 shreds
What we provide:
– Tools
– Bikes/Helmets
– 4.2 Shreds
