We are finally doing a Seneca day trip. 2.5 hr drive with scary sketchy trad waiting for us at the end of it. And no, it’s not the new river gorge but I suppose I need to get some trad in before Moab.
Idk how I could possibly sell this any better. get stoked.
The plan: We leave Sunday at ~8 am, climb some cool trad lines at Seneca Rocks till sundown, then head back to cville. Accuweather is calling for mostly sunny with a high of 45 so it’ll be chilly but hopefully kinda nice. Will continue to monitor though.
u bring: harness, helmet, climbing shoes, chalk, belay device, food for the day
I bring: trad rack, alpine draws, rope, gear for anchors, ben lepsh
To join this trip, you must at least know how to lead climb and belay. If you don’t know how to trad climb but wanna learn just lmk and we can figure smth out (571-385-7646). YAY
