Turkey day is a week from Thursday, and I can already feel my food baby in anticipation of a delicious home cooked meal. Hopefully we will all be #optingoutside the day after to begin to work it off, however come trail running with me in anticipation of this momentous holiday (and momentous food baby).
Let’s be real, I’m a slow, casual runner. If you are doing like 6 minute miles you do you, but I plan on causally running for 30-45 minutes on the Rivanna Trial (section TBD). However, we don’t have to stick together as a whole group the entire time so all levels please sign up!!
The Plan:
-meet @ Echols at 7:50, leave by 8
-be running by 8:15
-run for 30-45 minutes
-leave the trail by 9:10, with plenty of time for perhaps a donut run/waffle house stop, or we can be lame and just go back to Grounds, but we will definitely be back by 10:00 to shower/change for those 11:00 classes… or not #crunchy

-music/good conversation topics for runs
