HEY ODC!!! HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THE STATE OF AMERICA?? Like things are crazy and slightly horrible??!? Perfect.

Afton and I have been involved in Sunrise UVA this year, which is an environmental activism group here on Grounds. For Earth Day Sunrise is hosting a lovely community forum and art build on the lawn!!

The idea is to bring a bunch of concerned students together to talk about the state of the US, the environment, and UVA all while making art for future actions we have here at school! If you are feeling like this is an insane time to be a student, and you’re looking for some camaraderie and perhaps even to figure out what we’re going to do about it all, JOIN US!! There will be snacks, art supplies, and an inspiring speaker from Artivism VA.

Where: THE LAWN
When: Earth day, Tuesday April 22nd at 5 PM!!
