North Fork
116 Washington Avenue - A.K.A. Shred Shack
It’s been a while since I’ve been truly humbled by a bike ride, so this Sunday we’re heading out to North Fork Mountain Trail near spectacular Seneca Rocks, WV.

Basically, this is a 24ish mile ridgeline with net downhill but plenty of climbing on the way. It’s got monster views and lots of our favorite ego-bruiser: rocks!
We’ll head out from the Shred Shack first thing Sunday morning at 7:30, hoping to hit the trail before 10AM. The ride will likely take 6+ hours, and we’ll expect to be back in CVille around 7-8PM, but I wouldn’t recommend you have anything planned that night.
This will be a tough all-day ride, so come prepared with the proper equipment, ability, and mentality. It will expose any weaknesses in your bike or your body. Everyone will be waitlisted to screen for experience level.
YOU NEED:
-Reliable bike, helmet – club can provide
-Backpack
-Gloves
-food and water for a full day, 3L+ recommended
-spare tubes + repair kit (tripleader can provide if necessary)
-headlamp + layer in case we have an epic
-$5-10
Drivers needed: This is a point-to-point ride so we’ll be shuttling it.
