Beginner Backpacking Workshop!

OVERVIEW

Have you ever seen a really sick backpacking trip posted on the website and thought: “shoot, I wish I knew how to backpack so I could go on this?” Hove you ever wanted to the joy of going into the woods with everything you need carried on your back, your only goal that day just to put one foot in front of the other?

If so, this trip is for you!! Evelyn, Loreley and I will go over all the basics of backpacking: how to cook food, what to bring, how to pack a bag, and more. There will be hot cider and hot chocolate- start your chilly Saturday off right learning all the backpacking basics!! AND UPDATE: best of all, evelyn’s super awesome professor is letting us use his house (monroe hill house) for the workshop. so if you’ve ever walked down mccormick and spotted the big white house on the hill (near brown college) and thought “man I wish i could go see that super cool house” then this trip is definitely for you. we’ll meet outside the front door and go in!

1pm part ways ready to BACKPACK (YAYY!)
