2016 New River Gorge Extravaganza (Nrge) — Carpool

OVERVIEW

TO: Everyone attending the 2016 New River Gorge Extravaganza,

**PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE DESCRIPTION AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS**

If you make it onto an adventure for the NRGE, sign up for this adventure.
DO NOT sign up if you are waitlisted for an NRGE adventure.
DO NOT sign up on this unless you are ALREADY ON AN ADVENTURE. I ask on the questions page “What NRGE adventure are you signed up for?” and if you sign up here before you’re on one, I have to contact you individually. That’s extra work. Extra work=no.

The point of this “adventure” is to make it easier for the officers and I to help the trip leaders with the logistics for the NRGE. In the questionnaire you will be asked to enter your travel needs, camping needs, adventure plans, and dietary restrictions (there will be a pizza dinner Saturday night! 🙂 ). Having all of those pieces of info in one spreadsheet will help make things a lot easier to manage.

Again, please sign-up for this ONLY after you have been removed from the waitlist of an NRGE adventure and added to the trip list (you will get an email when that happens).

**Please note that the departure time I set for this (5pm) isn’t necessarily when you will meet/leave; your departure time will depend on the adventure that you are on. It’ll be up to your trip leader(s) to communicate a ride plan with you; my role as NRGE overseer is to work with them on getting that done.
