a dick woods thursday morning!!

OVERVIEW

Fairly fully described by this title! Dick woods is a nice rolling gravel road about 20 minutes away from UVA with beautiful views and fabulous fall colors and COWS. I’m thinking we do about 7 miles, but it will be an out and back situation thus we can adjust based on how we are all feeling. Pace will likely be around 8:30/9ish so a little over an hour of running would be the idea.
