A NICE SATURDAY AFTERNOON HUMPBACK HIKE, WITH APPLES???

OVERVIEW

Hi guys!! Saw the weather forecast for Saturday and thought it was too good to not go on a hike, so I thought why not HUMPBACK? If you’ve never been, it’s a little steep on the way up, but not a very long hike to the top and amazing views! And it’s all downhill on the way back! I saw how many were waitlisted for the Chile’s orchard apple picking trip, so I decided to add this as a little bonus stop coming back from Humpback!! It’s a beautiful place where I pick all of my fruit throughout the year, strawberries and blueberries in the spring, and peaches in the summer… which I’m eating the last of right now! So come help me restock! On their website they have Pick-Your-Own Apples, September Wonder (early Fuji)

please bring:
good walking shoes you don’t mind getting mud on
water
snacks if you want!
hat/suntan lotion if you want, the trail is almost all shaded but the rocks are in the sun.
binoculars if you have them, I keep forgetting to buy some.

Drivers WILL get priority and are eligible for gas reimbursement! Anyone with binoculars will get priority off the waitlist!
