Hey gang,
Do you like the water? Are you afraid of spiders? Did you know that most living spiders are found outside of the water? Did you also know that there are discs in Walnut Creek Park?
Well we’re gonna grab our goggles, towels, and floaties, and head down to the water and submerge.
That’s right. We’re going to look for discs that the n00bs of disc golf have deposited for us in Walnut Creek Park Lake. If you find an exceptionally stellar disc, it’s yours. However, if you feel especially charitable, you are more than welcome to donate to the Outdoors Club.
Here’s the other thing. This is a trip after the Creekathon officially starts and we are leaving at 3pm from Bonnycastle Circle. If you want to drive, and not participate, that also is fine.
What you need:
-water (2L)
-swim attire
-goggles
-towel
-snacks
-“can-do” attitude
-aqua shoes of some variety–the floor of the lake can be mucky
