As some of you may know,,, im on study abroad right now and ill be leaving soon so this will be my last acro trip criez)”:
Acro stunts are like lowkey gymnastics but not rlly… tbh idrk how to define them but basically we get into cool positions((; WITH FRIENDS!! these are super fun and anyone can try them!! I’ll make a list of images of 2-5 person acro stunts that we could try but you are welcome to suggest anything you want to try too! You can simply google “acro stunts” or “partner yoga” to look for some ideas if you want.
Although I listed this as intermediate, EVERYONE IS STILL WELCOME TO JOIN! there is a whole range of difficulties from super simple ones that require no gymnasticyness/flexibility to really insane ones that require lots of skill and strength.
We will start off with a super important full body stretch and then go CRAYCRAY. jk. (or maybe not heeehee)
*I do plan to just do these on the grass, so wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty or bring a yoga mat if you aren’t comfortable lying around on grass.
