Acro-yoga Practice at the Field next to Ohill

OVERVIEW

Hello out doors friend, I am here to invite you to a circus adventure. Me and my fiancé used to be in the circus where we did all sorts of acts, and one of them was Acro, which basically is launching your partner in the air and holding her in cool positions. It can get as crazy as you want, but there are also a lot of easy beginner tricks that anyone can learn in one session. So come join us and learn a cool trick or two.

The plan is to meet at Ohill at 5:00pm this Wednesday
Do a little warm up and then work on basic techniques and introductory tricks

What to bring:
A yoga mat or a towel to lay on,
water,
a partner if you have one
comfortable clothing that are not baggy since you want your base or flyer to be able to grab on to you.

We will also work on handstands and I will bring my handstand table for those who want to start working on hand to hand (that’s what my fiancé and I are doing in the middle picture)
