**DRIVERS GET PRIORITY** (but this trip is less than 15 miles from our starting point so no gas reimbursment this time)
HEY EVERYONE! I really want to go on a hike somewhere this week but have had large amounts of homework and club meetings taking up time. Now I can’t wait to end my week with a walk around Saunders Trail! We won’t be gone super long since the trail is literally only 15 minutes away at Monticello so anyone who has Friday evening plans or just needs an afternoon break would love this trip!
If we hike the entire trail it will probably be about 4 miles in an hour and half but the trail itself is super easy (basically a relaxing walk not as much a difficult hike).
Bring whatever you want! Snacks, water, music, etc.! I’m excited to be back outdoors!
Schedule:
2:30pm – Meet everyone at Echols!
2:45pmish – Arrive at Saunders Trail and start hiking!
About 4-4:15pm – Arrive back at parking lot!
4:30pm – Back at Echols!! We had such a fun hike!
