OVERVIEW

It pained me to wake up and see 17 people on the waitlist for a mountain biking trip, here’s to the MTB blues.

This will be a beginner mountain biking trip geared towards people with little to no experience riding a bike on trails (those with no experience will be given priority). Our plan is to ride around and familiarize you with our trails, how riding the bike feels on them, and other tips to help you get shredding. The only prerequisite is feeling comfortable biking on flat ground and having half decent balance, we’ll teach you the rest. We plan to ride at a super reasonable pace, stopping to help each other and give advice. This trip will NOT be a test of your endurance, but rather a means to get you comfortable and excited to mountain bike!

If you don’t have your own mountain bike or helmet, let us know on the trip questionnaire and we’ll try to secure you a club bike/helmet. Everyone will be waitlisted for this trip initially and depending on bike availability people will be taken off the waitlist accordingly.

If you have any questions or concerns at all about the ride, please feel free to reach out and we can chat!!
