Beginner/Intermediate Bouldering at Rawley Springs ! ! ! ! !

OVERVIEW

i know you love to boulder so come boulder outside this weekend!

rawley springs is a really pretty crag in an old overgrown civil war quarry and it has tons and tons of great rock!
seriously this place is super big and super cool and no one knows about it and you will love it!
this is a trip for all skill levels and there are tons of climbs ranging from very very easy to very very hard, so no matter your experience level it will be a great time!

IF YOU HAVE A CAR AND ARE WILLING TO DRIVE: please let me know!! you will get priority off the waitlist and we can bring more people and pads along! rawley springs is an hour and 15 away so you will get your gas reimbursed + a 50% tip!

the plan:
9am: we gather in front of the student activities building (in the scott stadium parking lot along alderman road) and leave once we have everyone
10:15ish: arrive at rawley sprints
10:30ish: get to rocks and start climbing
whenever we are done climbing (3:00ish maybe?): head home and grab grub if we want it

YOU BRING:
– food (snacks / lunch) + plenty of water
– climbing shoes (you can rent these from the gear room)
– comfortable shoes you can hike ~15 minutes in
– chalk if you want to
– crash pads if you have them
