Beginner/Intermediate Outdoor Climbing-Top Rope

OVERVIEW

This trip is appropriate for beginners who participated in the climbing basic workshops.
If you also enjoy climb less than 5.8 there are several nice route there. In addition, there are few more difficult routes, 5.11- , for those of you who climb hard stuff.
The Hidden Rock crags are located around Harrisonburg, a beatiful climbing area shown to us first by Kahlil, the club’s former officer who is training to be a forest fire fighter somewhere in the border of NV and CA now. cool buddy of mine! miss him a lot.
If you don’t know how to belay go ahead and sign up, we will take 2 true beginners , so if more than two joins i will need to withdraw them from the trip. However if you are withdrawn but bring no-preservative food for me, then I may let more than 2 beginners 😉 depends on the food of course.
Sorry this needs to be a small group because there is another climbing adventure same day forcing us to share the club climbing gear.

Club provides: All technical climbing gear, climbing shoes and harness for you plus gas and dinner on the way back.
You bring: water, snacks and a lunch. warm clothes and rain gear. maybe OFF (kill bugs thing) because the area may be wet.
