Let’s take advantage of this great weather and hit the trails…again! Walnut Creek has a great beginner loop and more advanced trails depending on skill level, so we’ll start off easy and see how experienced everyone in the group is. The park is about 20 minutes south of UVA. No experience is necessary, you just need to know how to ride a bike and be open to trying something new. We will not ride anything that anyone does not feel comfortable with. The club has 9 great hardtail bikes, sized from small to large, which can be checked out along with helmets. Please bring athletic shoes and clothing, water or gatorade (20 oz. bottles fit the holders), and sunglasses depending on the weather. Since my car is going to be full of bikes, I’m going to waitlist everyone until we get more drivers. Walnut creek entrance fee is $3 through labor day.
