BEGINNER OHILL MOUNTAIN BIKING

OVERVIEW

What’s good everyone! I’m heading home for the weekend so, to keep up with my one mtb trip a week goal, here’s a Wednesday afternoon ride in some GREAT weather. Let’s hope the weather is a good enough motivator to get people out on a Wednesday afternoon.

No prior mountain biking experience is required but you should be comfortable riding a bike on the street. I have a tentative route planned out but depending on how everyone’s feeling we can make changes.

If you don’t have your own mountain bike or helmet, let me know on the trip questionnaire and we’ll try to secure you a club bike/helmet. Everyone will be waitlisted for this trip initially and depending on bike availability individuals will be taken off the waitlist accordingly.

What To Bring:
Closed toe shoes
A water bottle that can fit in a bike water bottle cage or other means of carrying water (backpack)
Gloves (optional but encouraged)
Proper clothing (if you decide to wear pants make sure they’re somewhat tight unless you want to run the risk of them getting caught in the chain)
