Bikram Yoga is yoga in an intentionally warm room (105-110 degrees) that help relax muscles.
Classes are 90 minutes, starts at 9:45 but we’ll try to arrive 20 minutes early for signing up and such.
Wear lightweight, close fitting clothing, bare feet
Bring LOTS of water and try not to eat too much before class
Towels are REQUIRED but you can rent/buy one there if necessary
We can meet outside of the rotunda at 9:15 and take the trolley or you can meet us downtown at 9:30. Coffee/brunch to follow for those interested.
