Blackrock QUEER Picnic + Hike: SOR x ODC Collab

OVERVIEW

So, Outdoors Club may not be the only organization on grounds… I know! I was pleasantly surprised too. Presenting… SOR, Sigma Omicron Rho, our Queer & Allied Gender-Inclusive Social Fraternity at UVA. We are teaming up to bring you a laid-back, languid afternoon on Blackrock, a beautiful Shenandoah summit that is the site of some serious SOR-lore (you’re going to have to ask them about it). Get to know other UVA queer folks and snack on some (queer?) snacks!

sched:
10am- meet at corner of echols dorm + combine with SOR crew
11am- arrive at blackrock parking lot
11:30- reach the summit! picnic and chill
1:30pm- head back to cville
3:00pm- arrive at Echols dorm at the latest

To bring:
a bit of a lunch
water
sunscreen
a little bag for your things?

we will bring:
some food !

Drivers needed! Drivers get priority off the waitlist and get reimbursed for gas + 50% tip. Wow.
