Blackrock is a really easy hike with 360 degree views at the top:

The Plan:
4:05- meet at Echols
4:10- leave Cville
5:10- start hiking
5:43- watch the sunset
7:15ish- get back to Charlottesville
What to Bring:
$5 in case people don’t have park passes
water
snack?
headlamp/flashlight or at least a phone with a light
weather appropriate layers(it might be a little cold)
Drivers or people with park passes get priority of the waitlist; as usual gas is reimbursed plus 50% tip(capped at $20 but if you manage to use that much gas I’ll be genuinely impressed)
