OVERVIEW

Idk guys I very very quickly google searched “health benefits of cold water” and increase in white blood cell count was the first thing that came up. Maybe if we all did polar plunges EVERY DAY we could get rid of COVID. Food for thought.

This is a polar plunge — not any kind of swim, so don’t worry you’re not going to be in the water for any heinous amount of time. You just wade in, dunk your head under, and get out!

This is probably going to be a pretty quick trip — we’ll drive to Darden Towe, maybe explore the trails and hang out for a little while, PLUNGE, maybe drink some hot cocoa, and drive back to grounds!

Schedule
3:30 PM – meet @ THE SHRED SHACK and get in da car
3:50 PM – get to darden, goof off, dawdle because we are afraid of cold water
3:55 – 5:10 PM – plunge n drink hot cocoa n hang out
5:30 PM – home!

What to bring:
Swimsuit
change of clothes if you want (idk where you would change though)
towel
can do attitude
sturdy shoes
cup for hot choco

DRIVERS NEEDED! Darden is pretty close to grounds so you will not be reimbursed by the club, but you will get priority off of the waitlist!
