Bouldering at Mcafee Knob (Grayson Highlands Is Weather Permits)

OVERVIEW

So I was planning on finally getting out to Grayson, but the weather seems to be putting it off again, so lets head to McAfees assuming the weather is bad on Sunday. So here is the plan.

Sunday: Leave Charlottesville after the rain is done (most likely around 5). Drive 2 hours to McAfees and hike in the dark for 3.5 miles to the boulders and camp.

Monday: Wake up and hopefully the boulders will be dry and climb all day. There is a chance of Rain on Tuesday and if it gets worse we might be peace Monday Night

Tuesday: Wake up and boulder and head home to Charlottesville when we please. If enough people only want to do Monday we can just leave Monday Night.

– Hiking shoes/Boats
– Rain Jacket

– Food
– Gas
– Tents
– Bouldering Pads
– Backpack if you need it

Requirements:
– Have been bouldering before (no newbies but people who can only climb V0s and V1s are welcome)
