Bouldering at Second Mountain

OVERVIEW

So the weather is supposed to be as nice as it can get this Sunday. Let’s go bouldering at Second Mountain about 15 minutes outside of Harrisonburg. Plan is to leave here at 9:00 and start climbing around 11 (about 1.5 hour drive with a short approach). Climb as long as we don’t freeze and then get home at Charlottesville probably around 5 pm. You should wear WARM clothes. Down jackets, pants, boots (there may still be snow), clothes, hats, etc. I have never been to second mountain before but the bouldering is supposed to be awesome. The climbing is supposed to be steep (there are plenty of V0s but a lot of the problems are harder). I will be able to drive (fit 3 other people in my car), but will waitlist everyone past 4 until a second driver signs up. We will probably get food in Harrisonburg after climbing. Note I am going to be driving a jeep. I’m looking for someone with a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
