Charity Adventure-Relay for Life!

OVERVIEW

This is the first annual American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life event for UVA! Join students and the community for music and games as we walk/run for a cure. From 7pm Friday through 7am on Saturday, our team will have at least one person on the track. We would love for everyone to come camp out all night but it is fine if you only come out for a couple of hours. ACS requests that we sell luminaria as a fundraiser for the event. It is an absolutely awesome sight when they are all lit up. Each participant will get a tee shirt but must contribute $5 cash as a comiment fee (the club takes care of an additional $5). Outdoors at UVa provides:

tents, food, sleeping bag and sleeping pad if you don’t have your own,

You must bring:

Water, comfortable clothes and shoes, games and lots of entusiasm
