OVERVIEW

i’m desperately trying to fit in all the hiking i can before the winter weather gets the best of me and my adventure frequency rapidly decreases. friday is supposed to be in the 50’s, a very lovely fall temperature that i must take advantage of. if you haven’t gotten yourself out to SNP yet this fall, time is ticking on the fabulous foliage, so you should probably join this hike.

the plan:
12:00 pm leave echols
1:00 pm trailhead
2:30ish summit: munch, bond, photograph
be back to grounds before 4:30 pm

to bring:
– lunch/snacks
– 2L+ of water
– comfy, durable shoes
– layers (it’s november now, some degree of chill is inevitable)
– dogs strongly suggested (if you have a furry friend who can accompany you, you will get priority off the waitlist)
– $5 or SNP pass (i have 1)
