Class I/Ii Kayak the Rivanna

OVERVIEW

If it isn’t storming this weekend we’re going to go fool around on the Rivanna a little, on the south side of Charlottesville.
If it is raining badly I will probably move the trip to the same time Sunday afternoon.

I can only fit 3/4 people/boats, but if cars join the trip, we can add more.

You only need a definate roll if you plan to fool around much in the white splashy parts of the river, of which there about three.

What the club provides? Rides, ferrying, wetsuits.
What you should bring? wear soakable clothes, some water (in case the river is empty…) Skills. Like kayaking skills. Talk to me if you’re not sure what these look like.
