Climb Every Climb at a Crag Called Talking Headwall (Attempt #2)

OVERVIEW

Good evening,

I regret to inform you all that my last attempt to climb every route at a crag in a day failed miserably (shout out to my brave soldiers at the Battle of Reed’s Creek). Nevertheless, we all got to climb some cool stuff and I’m thankful for that (We made a journal about it). This is going to be interesting though. This crag has just 12 routes of the highest quality and a fucking incredible establishment called SPELUENKERS that we can dine at on the way back. You don’t have to climb/lead all of the routes here, but you should damn well try. There is a 5.12c that I’m not even gonna look at because I don’t need that kind of negativity in my life, but there’s a ton of 10s that we should try.

The plan:
Leave UVA at 6am
Get to crag at 8am
Climb all mf day (w/ many lunch breaks)
Leave when we give up, climb everything, or it gets dark (no later than 6 ish)
Get spelunkers on the way back and be home around 8pm

You should bring:
Climbing shoes
Harness
Helmet
Chalk
Food and Water and Money

I will bring:
Ropes
Draws
Belay Devices
Stuff to Clean

I plan to give priority to whomever I think will be equipped enough to complete all the climbs, but please reach out to me if you have any concerns about your ability and we can discuss stuff.
