Climb Outside All Weekend!

OVERVIEW

I’ve been itching to get down to the Gorge recently and it should be great weather this weekend. As always it rains in the gorge, so this trip will not be canceled due to weather – there are crags that stay dry in down pours, some with moderate stuff.

We’ll leave Friday evening, camp, climb all day Saturday and a good part of Sunday and head home at a reasonable hour on Sunday afternoon. We’ll cook if it’s not pouring. Particular crags are up for grabs at this point, and it’ll partially depend on the weather where we head too. The NRG has plenty to offer if you can scoot up a 5.9, email me if you have questions about climbing abilities.

If you are interested in ramping up your lead climbing or belaying skills, please come out. We’ll have plenty of time to teach you a few things.

What you need: water, food for during the breakfast and the day + money if we go out, lots of laters & a raincoat!! (not optional!), climbing and camping gear, cook wear (cup, plate/bowl, utensil), camera, and your bangin self
