Climbing at New River Gorge

OVERVIEW

Super party at the new river gorge. Clip some bolts and party hard.

Friday:
Leave 8pm and get to the gorge around 11pm (Saturday morning leave is an option but I’d rather have a full day of climbing Saturday by leaving friday night)
Camp at the american alpine club campground or other random location

Saturday & Sunday:
Climb at Whipporwill, Endless, Cotton Top, or Beauty Mountain (or maybe boulder somewhere if you are so inclined… both cotton top and beauty have bouldering). Camp at american alpine club campground Saturday.

Sunday Night: Get back to the ville around 8 or 9

Requirements: Top rop 5.9 SUPER clean. If you are interested in learning to lead climb… I may be able to provide some instruction

You provide:

– Sleeping bag
– Tent
– Climbing shoes, harness, and chalk
– Bottles for Water
– Headlamp
– Eating utensils
– WARM CLOTHES

We provide:
– Food
