Climbing at Peak

OVERVIEW

I think I got enough interest e-mails to have this trip happen. So heres the deal, if we get enough people this trip will happen, otherwise I’ll call you tomorrow around 4:00ish to let you know that the trip is off.

Meet at Echols at 5:15 (I’m flexible about this because this trip is last minute and I know people have work tomorrow). Peak closes at 10:30, so we should be home before 12:30 including a Sheetz stop (also optional if you bring your own food).

I prefer not to drive because my truck does not get good gas mileage (and it is really cramped), so please volunteer your car!!

Club provides: gear if you need it, gas money
You provide: $9 for Peak entrance, $ for Sheetz if you want food after
Peak has a water fountain, but bring water if you prefer.

Regarding gas: all drivers need to fill up immediately before arriving at Echols (we can fill up immediately after leaving, too, if you don’t have time before). ALL DRIVERS will also fill up at Sheetz once back in CVille so I can pay for their gas +30%. Email me if you have any questions. If you’re a driver, you’re the best!
