Echols Dorm: Brick Wall By Side Door
Franklin Crag
Saturday is forecasted to be cool and sunny. Hence, some climbing is in order. We’ll head to Franklin Crag- a place that offers routes rated from 5.8 to 5.12. People who can proficiently climb (top-rope) somewhere within this range are encouraged to join. If you are unable to climb most 5.8’s then please do not sign up.
After climbing, we will grab some dinner in Harrisonburg- so bring a few bucks. Keep in mind that the days have become much shorter- so we will be leaving at 9:00 sharp!!! So please be on time!
*** Very Important****
-This is not a leader workshop. If you have never led sport before, then please do not lead any routes here!!! All are welcome to top-rope, of course.
-If you have led before, and want to do some leading- then please check with me first!
-Please do not boulder/scramble on exposed sections there. I almost died that way once.

Club provides all gear, and pays for gas as well.
YOU WILL NEED:
-warm clothing
-your climbing gear (if you have any)
-money for dinner
-headlamp (if you have one)
The trip capacity will be set to one initially. I will add people as they sign up. Sport-leaders have preference, as well as those people who have been waitlisted frequently in the past.
