OVERVIEW

Rock climbing at the New River Gorge (Bubba City) in West Virginia. We’ll leave friday night, drive to the New (~3 hours) and camp there. Then, we’ll climb all day saturday and return late saturday night.

You should be able to tie in and belay in order to come on the trip. There are several easy (5.8-5.9) climbs at Bubba City so we should be able to find some climbs for beginners.

I’m going to try to keep the trip manageably small (definitely no more than 2 cars)…

You bring: Climbing/Camping gear, lunch/snacks, $ for breakfast and dinner.

Club provides: Any gear you don’t already have + Gas money.
