Every hiker in the mid-Atlantic should hike Cold Mountain at least once. The 360° meadow views from the saddle are some of the best on the east coast”.(c)
It supposed to be easy2moderate hike of only 5.8 mls in length, suitable for this short day season. It has many spectacular views and no streams (distinctively from SNP), so you will not be wet ;).
The club provides: Gas refund, a place in a car.
You have: water, snacks/lunch, camera etc.
