College Winter Break @Snowshoe – Absolutely Ridic.

OVERVIEW

It’s College Winter Break 2008! We’re leaving here on January 3rd (thursday) and driving over to Snowshoe mountain for a good dose of fun before classes get going again. We’ll be back on the 6th (sunday). The itinerary is as follows:

DJ Judd – 9pm – 11pm
Steel City Funk – 11pm – Close – Steel City Funk combines 3 DJs, percussion and light visuals to drop sick house music sets.

Friday, January 4, 2008 – The Connection
DJ Judd – 9pm – 11pm
Boogieburg – 11pm – Close – Boogieburg is well known for cutting up the Blacksburg scene, and now they are bringing their energy to Snowshoe. Known for performing hip-hop and electronic fusion shows with 4 turntables with percussion, this is a show you won’t want to miss.

Saturday, January 5, 2008 – The Connection
DJ Judd – 9pm-10pm
Boogieburg – 10pm-11:30pm
DJ Amaze – 11:30pm – Close – DJ Amaze remixes tracks, lays vocals and produces his own original music. Known for upbeat, hype shows, his reputation has led him to fame. DJ Amaze now performs with the likes of Ludacris, Kanye West, Black Eyed Peas and Diddy.

It’s a pretty solid program.

We’re looking to take 25 people. Right now we’ve got 2 cabins (with hot tub!)only 3 miles away from the mountain. Look to spend roughly 25 a night for lodging + tax. Sign up so I can gauge what size accommodations we need. It’s the perfect opportunity to pick up your pass if you haven’t gotten it. Otherwise look on Snowshoe’s website to find out how much day passes are.
