what is up party people…i am cordially inviting you to find your zen & whimsical spirit with me at crawkathon through the beautiful art of yoga !!! i am medium qualified to teach you yoga and super qualified to teach you about whimsy so we are going to have a lit time. the wind will blow me to walnut creek park at about 5:30 in which case we will magically meet up and begin our practice. tbh we are just going to frolic till we find a fire yoga spot so let’s just meet up at the main pavilion area. this is gonna be super duper chill so no worries if you don’t have any experience. also if you think you are not flexible enough for yoga i pinky promise you actually are and also yoga is so so so good for you. we will do a very chill 45 minute ish flow and find new inner peace. also i have no means of procuring an abundance of yoga mats so lowkey we’re just gonna connect to the earth and perchance get a little dirty but that is part of the fun ⭐️ YAY yoga
