We’ll be doing a moderately difficult hike to Big Rock Falls, pass through Rapidan Camp (formerly Camp Hoover) – and check out Hoover’s retreat, and then back along Hazeltop Ridge which should give us some great views of the area. The loop is 7.2 miles, with an elevation loss and gain of 1500ft.
you should bring: warm clothes in layers (the hi temp should be around 50F), gloves, hat, etc, a pack lunch, water, camera
club provides: a trip in the car, gas money
