Amoco Gas Station On Fontaine
Anyone still around that wants to head out to Snowshoe Mountain on 12/22? Join me for a day trip to the resort for ~6 hours on the slopes. We’ll leave town early to get to the mountain at ~9am (when it opens), get as many runs in as we can, then leave the resort at 3 to get home at ~6pm.
As of now Wednesday looks like a perfect day to be on the snow. Their forecast calls for snow on Tuesday and a partly cloudy day on Wednesday with highs in the upper 20s (lows in the mid-upper teens). So far they have had 44” of snowfall and have 45 trails open including parts of the Western Territory and Spruce Glades Terrain Park. For more info on the weather/trail conditions check out: http://www.snowshoemtn.com/mountain/win-mountain/snowreport.htm
