Ready to get those thunder thighs back into shape? If I had them, I would be! #goals
This trip is intended for intermediate and advanced mountain bikers, particularly those that wish to practice for the Kind of the James, but all are welcome.
*All will be waitlisted until bikes or spots are available*
Let’s go crush the course that will be used for the King of the James! We will probably do some other foolish deeds like playing around in the bike park and other fun things of that nature, but the primary ride will be the same loop that can be found at https://kingofthejames.com/course/
We will be riding this with some pace, so please be honest about your riding abilities before joining this trip!
The plan:
Leave Cville early at 7 am
Arrive and get ready by 8:45
Shred the King of the James route (something around 15 miles)
Determine how the group feels
Return to Cville by an estimated 1 pm, could be later if we stop for lunch
What you need:
Plenty of water (2L at least)
Snacks
Any biking gear you require (gloves, tubes, camelbak, etc.)
Maybe some money for lunch if we stop
